Here's the link for Reverse Mifgash. It's a program by Taglit and the Jewish Federation that brings Israeli Taglit participants to the US for 10 days for an educational experience. They came to DC last November. I'm going to meet a guy who knew an Israeli who was accepted on the program, so I'll ask him for some guidance.
